- " It has been my intention since we returned home from our ‘Grand European Tour’ in April 2008 to write to Cosmos and congratulate them on the wonderful tour we had in Europe. Our first trip of this nature was for us far beyond our expectations and the knowledge and the history that Mr Michael Coulstock, our Tour Director, imparted to us of the places we visited was just amazing. The quality of hotels, food, side trips, day stops etc. were of such a nature that we have no complaints about anything other than the ‘April Showers'' in Paris’. The whole trip was such a great experience, no future holiday will match it. I wanted to let Cosmos know that we they did a grand job of ‘managing’ the number of people (46-48) who were on our bus and I would say that the quality of our tour guide was extremely high. It makes a difference when a tour guide has a ‘passion’ for history. I have written to Michael congratulating him on such a wonderful experience and if we ever do another tour we may request one that he is guiding. We have wonderful photographs to keep the memories alive and again I congratulate Cosmos on their professionalism and quality of this tour. "

G Catterall, NSW - " Thank you Cosmos. Having recently returned from the 21 day Grand European tour, I would like to say it was the most fabulous experience. Everything about the trip, one which I had been trying to take for a very long time, exceeded my expectations on all levels. The coach was very comfortable, the mix of people friendly, interesting and hotels varied.
The beautiful scenery, the history of the world in 21 days, things we do not see here in Australia except on TV, came to life.
Our Tour Director Sylvia from the Netherlands, was great - her sense of humour and camaraderie, fit in really well with us Aussies. She also has a vast knowledge of all the places we visited and was eager to answer any questions asked. The other local guides included, enhanced our experience with knowledge and detail we would not have known if we did not have the local guide.
Andre our coach driver, was a Maestro. Who knew you could fit a coach in so many little streets or parking places with such ease.
For trip of a lifetime which this was, you need to experience everything you can in the time allotted, which includes taking advantage of the optional tours, as we saw and experienced more people, places, food and fun.
Thank you for a very Grand European experience of a lifetime. I cannot say what the highlight was as each day provided more amazing sights, sounds, vistas and experiences. "
K Sutherland, QLD - " My wife and I just returned from our 21 day tour and felt we had to tell people exactly how we felt about our tour. Daniel Barrow, and our driver, Carlo were absolutely BRILLIANT! Carlo managed to squeeze our coach through the smallest of spaces, and get us everywhere safely and on time! no matter what the circumstances! the roads were narrow, then up come the roadworks. we are still puzzled as to how he managed to get past some corners without even scratching the bus! On the other hand our tour director, Daniel, was a wealth of knowledge. whether it be the history of an historic building or artifact, where the nearest FREE public toilets were, the times the trains and buses run, or just entertaining us with stories and jokes on those long drives between cities. we got a lot more than we expected and we will definitely be doing another cosmos tour in the future! Thank you to Daniel and Carlo for a terrific holiday! We hope we have the pleasure of being on your tour again in the future. "
