Do I need a passport and visa?

Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality and the countries you are going to visit. A valid passport is needed for all tours and we urge you to check with your travel agent regarding the possible visa requirements to enter the countries of the tour you have chosen. Local consulates and embassies will also be in a position to give advice.

I'm leaving in 4 weeks, when will I get my travel documents?

Travel documents, including any air tickets, tour itinerary, hotel lists, and helpful hints and other information are sent approximately four weeks prior to tour departure.

Can I purchase optional excursions in advance?

Your tour director will go through the optional excursions available for purchase during the welcome meeting. You may choose and purchase any optional excursions for your tour then.

How big can my suitcase be?

Porterage for one suitcase on tour is included in the tour price. Due to limited coach capacity, we strongly recommend that this single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30"x21"x11" and weight not exceeding 22 kg (50 lbs). We regret we are unable to accept a second suitcase, or any luggage exceeding these limits. Air carriers may also impose fees if size or weight limits on check on carry-on luggage are exceeded. Cosmos does not provide carry on bags. Carry on bags should not exceed the dimensions of 30x28x14 cm (12"x11"x6").
